DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
EXPRESS deliveries are free with a minimum purchase of €250.
STANDARD deliveries are free with a minimum purchase of €150.
The shipping costs for a purchase of less than €150 are €5.90 for STANDARD delivery and €6.90 for EXPRESS delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
EXPRESS deliveries take 1-4 working days.
STANDARD deliveries take 2-6 working days
RETURNS
You can return purchased items within 90 days of the delivery date of your order.

Follow the steps below to return:
- Fill out the Return Form at the following link: https://goldeneedle.shipping-portal.com/rp/
- Insert the item or items you wish to return into a box, together with the Return Form you have completed. You can use the cardboard box in which you received the package as packaging for the return.
- Close the package checking that you have inserted the items and the Return Form.
- Ship your return.
In the form you will need to enter the zip code (postal code) you indicated for the shipment and the number of your order (e.g. PRIT0001 ): you will then receive the return label by e-mail to be printed and applied to the outside of your return package :
- TAKE IT TO THE POST: You can take the return package to the Post Office of your choice Or, alternatively
- ARRANGE A COLLECTION: In any case, choose the Post Office closest to you (mandatory) and later, after receiving the shipment label to be printed and attached to the package, you can arrange a home collection by calling the toll-free number 803 160 indicating the number of the waybill shown on the return label.
